Hello,

I have ordered a Samsung washing machine my order number is :
Order# 402-3959915-1379537
It is delivered on 23rd July after use I found the machine performance is very poor. As it is been 7th day till today and I want to return the product and go for Front loading higher RPM washing machine.

Can you help me to product return and refund please ?
