Text of Complaint by Syed Inayathullah:

I have recharge the balance Rs. 149/- for airtel through Paypoint India service. I got the message that transaction success through Paypoint India, but Airtel Customer care is telling that the transaction got failure, we did not get the money. So, I want to know that where my money has gone because the above both companies are telling their reasons. Now, from where i have to get the money back. Paypoint company is telling that issue is not from our side, you ask to Airtel and then when i asked to Airtel, they are also telling the same thing that issue is not from our side.
