Have ordered a Car Bed Inflatable Mattress. The product was received in a different color, And on returning for replacement /refund there is no proper response from the customer service, stating a different product was received. I’m the person who handed over the same product and not sure what had happened in between from my pick up till the delivery to their warehouse/stores. Amazon closed the case stating different product were received without any investigation
