Dear sir
Mane filipkart par se 27 October ko apple air pods with charging case (Order ID – OD220061827663553000) jiska price 11999/- tha purchase kiya tha.But ye product mujhe original ki jagah Duplicate/Different Brand aur damage mila tha….iske liye mane return replacement request under policy me hi registered ki thi lekin abhi tak mujhe iska app logo ne koi resolution provide nhi kiya h…aur mane kafi baar customer care pe bhi contact kiya h unhone mujhe sirf date pe date hi di h but abhi tak meri problam ko solve nhi kiya h…..February me mujhse 48 hrs. Me meri ek id maangi thi jisko mane 48hrs.se phle hi upload kr di thi aur upload karte hi mere flipkart account ko block kar diya tha ….mere account ko number of high return bol ke block kar diya tha jabki return baar baar flipkart ki wajah se ho rha tha jabki mane starting se hi different product received ke liye replacement complaint krta hu aur wish master baar baar mujhse original apple air pods mangta tha ….to sir btaiye agar mere paas original product hota to mai return request complaints q krta ….to sir fir isme number of high return wala issue mere tarf se to hua h nhi…… mane Flipkart account ko abhi isi month unblock karwaya h ….aur fir se mane flipkart customer excutive baat kri to unhone mere product ko return karne se mana kar diya h wo bol rahe hai ki appne February ke baad hamse koi contact nhi kiya hai…is wajah se ham appki koi help nhi kar sakte hai ……….ab sir app hi bataye ki account hi block kar doge to mai contact kase karunga …To sir ab hi bataye ki is product ko return se releted meri tarf se koi dealy / issue create hua ho to . m ummid karta hu ki sir app mujhe iska resolution provide krwa paoge….aur agr nhi kiya to mujhe flipkart ke agains jana hoga……
Note:- mujhe ab sirf iska refund hi chahiye and mujhe mail to mail and by call hi baat karni h.
