Dear Flipkart,

Thank you for providing such a pathetic service.

I had ordered a product on 13th of October, which is not delivered till date (October 23) and I received a message while back that the product has been returned, and refund will be initiated without my consent and knowledge.

The courier person rejected the door step delivery and told me to come at a distant location for product delivery. When I refused, he cancelled the product. After launching a complain with flipkart, I was harassed by your executives for last 10 days. In last 10 days, I was contacted by 7 flipkart executives to understand the same issue and almost everyone promised me that I’ll get my product in time and some action will be taken against the courier person.

 

This is a clear case of customer safety, and harassment from Flipkart and its executives.

What if there were some lady, some under age person and they were call at a distant location from their home. Does flipkart accounts for their safety? Is there a standard operating procedure? Can flipkart be held accountable? As and all, all the personal information (number, address, name) is exposed to outside world (courier agency).

And is there a service level agreement between Flipkart and their users? How long should it take before a ticket is addressed and closed. How many levels of escalations are allowed? Number of executives contacting a person for the same issue?

 

It seems like there are number of flaws for an e-commerce which proudly advertises to their customers to become a part of its “Big Billion Day”. Eventually, Flipkart is the only one making a billion INR/Dollar business without being concerned about the clients, users.

You are refunding back my money, that is really a noble thing to do in this world. But what about my dissatisfaction? My unhappiness? Or the moment lost in time which could have been created only, only if the product was delivered at the right time. Only refund amount is not going to compensate me Flipkart, as I had paid it in advance. What about the interest? You used the money for 15 odd days (add a compound interest rate to it). And you surely cannot even calculate the dissatisfaction I had, which I believe you have no idea about, please look up for punitive damages (check with your lawyer).

Be ashamed for such a pathetic service provided, the trouble you caused, the dissatisfaction you created, the happiness you ripped and over all the harassment I had to undergo through, Flipkart. If you are really so challenged with customer service department, I’ll have my resume emailed it to you.
