Order product on 18. Amazon shown delivery by 23 (will be delivered today on website).On 23 at 9:00 PM product not delivered. I called there call center support multiple times , but wait till 7 or 9 all time same reply. At 9:00 I checked again on there website it displayed will be delivered on between 24 – 30 Oct.I called call center support got reply product out stock so cannot be delivered.I told them I dont want product please cancel as I am not able to cancel order from website as cancel was not available ,they told don’t accept product.
On 26th I was not in office, delivery boy delivered the order to office boy.
Now they are telling order cannot be refunded as this is non refunded product
First they don’t delivered product on time and even website was not showing any cancel option
