I have placed an order on January 8th,2022 with an Instagram page called Frog art (its_frog art) worth Rs.499/-. I have received a confirmation mail from them & got a mail saying that my order has been shipped but didn’t receive the order. Later they mailed again saying that their staff got effected by Covid & my order is being re-shipped but didn’t receive it, it has been more than 2 months. Later they said they will refund my money in 3-4 working days as they are delaying my order but it’s been 1 month didn’t receive my refund too. Please help me with this & get me my money back.
