i ordered a water glass from meesho website from vendor KA INDUSTRIES , FIROZABAD , UP , 283203 . MY ORDER ID – 880998230641. on date 28th july 2023 it was delivered on 1st august from shadowfax which was completely damaged . same day i raised the issue to meesho team i even requested for return . the FE who came to collect the parcel refused to collect it and said that please request again for return. i have raised at least 3-4 times the return request but none of them are resolving it. they are just harassing everytime. they just say call pickup boy call meesho call vendor.
i request the authority to please take a appropriate action for harassing a customer till 7 days . please help me to get my refund. i don’t want the product now i just need refund.

FE contact 9877664133 detail, who is suppose to collect the parcel is not even responding and intentionally denying to collect the product.
