Dear sir,

I would like to inform you that I had ordered a watch from Myntra android application and after some personal reasons I had requested for refund the product and it was successfully received from me on 28th and refund money was initiated on 29th Oct,2020 but till now I haven’t received any single refund amount from this company also in between I have tried to contact with the company crew for resolution still I haven’t received not got my money it’s about Rs 2,249/- only. Also they had given one reference no but that the same reference no was invalid which was clearly said by bank authority.

Kindly help me to find the amount. I am thinking this company was doing fake works. So kindly help me out. Mentally also I am disturbed.
