Text of Complaint by Prabhakar Manish:

Dear sir,

I have purchased SAVYA HOME Apollo HBCB Fabric Office Arm Chair marcozy with order ID:OD124310391775214000, Invoice Number: FAI3Y92200001422. Product delivered on 9th march and i found damaged product delivered. i have requested for return and then flipkart scheduled Tech visit on 10th March 2022and product returned on 10th march 2022 again we received replacement delivered on 19th March 2022, when i assembled this product and after using this chair i fell down twice a day due to the bad quality.

This chair is harmful for human use as it always fall down from back side after the max back tilt for the rest of body.

I have raised quality concern twice but every time they are saying these will be no refund/replacement/return for quality issue and every time they have cancelled my request.

Now i request you please return this product as its risky to use during office work and also this is not comfort product, i am ready product exchange as well as i cant use this risky product.
