Have purchased one bed from Pepper fry, and within the 1 month from purchase side support wood got damaged and pepper fry sent the team for the repair, i have asked for the replacement in first go only, but company has assured me that such things will not happen. but 10 days back another side of wood came out, now company is denying the replacement of product. when i got agree for repair they are using the same broken wood and when i have not allowed they closed the complaint by saying that that its customer usages issue. Local vendor has said that you can raise the complaint to anyone we will not support. its totally frustrating to use such product.
