Hello
I purchased bags from Velvet Starps (https://velvetstraps.in/products/slate-urban-backpack) which was in offer buy 2 at ₹799 on 9th September 2025. After the payment was done, I didn’t receive any email or message confirmation of order. Even after 6 days no tracking id however website says order will be processed within 3 days. When I tried connecting them on Instagram no one is replying or even reading message. Even the email id mentioned on their website contact information page is wrong. The email gets bounced back saying email id doesn’t exist. Now my money is gone, no response from their team. I trusted their website since it is made on Shopify but seems absolutely fake…help me to get the money back with penalty for causing this stress. Don’t feel like purchasing anything from any DTC brands.
