Respected Sir,
On January 24, 2023, I made a purchase from Flipkart utilising an HDFC credit card and the 0% APR for 12 months EMI option. Although the HDFC team has just issued me a statement with a 980 INR penalty for my around 17349 INR purchase order, the flipkart crew is still working on it.
I then contacted Flipkart by phone and email to request that they send me the EMI conversion date, reference number, and breakdown details. Flipkart did not provide the EMI conversion reference number or date; instead, it only sent me the breakup information.

If I need to convert an EMI, do assist me and give me the cash I need to pay the bank in penalties. I’ve been devastated and heartbroken to the point of depression.
