Hi Team,
Flipkart has provided me with a tablet where the warranty is only available for 1 month and in the page it was showing 1 year.
Lenovo is saying that invoice provided by Flipkart is invalid as they need bill with serial number, mtm , dealer stamp and signature.
From 3rd sept I raising a request and Flipkart is saying that they will escalate the issue, creates a new issue and then give a new time line. This is happening for one month now.
They close the request without any resolution and then when you ask to reopen they again give new dates. My order ID is OD122751535460834000
