I have purchased a display from amazon, and there was issue in that screen. Then I raised a request for replacement which has been done by 27 of June we received replacement one. Again I have raised request a request return for return on 3rd of July with phone (call) they have the recording for this but agent didn’t raise the request from system but pickup guy came to pickup the product. Now they are clearly saying we can’t help for this refund cuz we haven’t received any pick up request. I want my refund for this which is 6660/-
