We ordered a jacket from Flipkart, order date was 28 Dec 2023 and delivery date was 30 Dec 2023 and this is the order number : OD430060344798329100 and the price of the product is ₹1913. The product given to us by Flipkart had quality and size problems. On which I contacted Flipkart customer care. Sir, your product will be picked up as per the instructions of Flipkart Customer Care. For this the company also registered a return request, but the return request is being rejected again and again by the company and my product is not being picked up and we are being mentally harassed. Please try to get my product asap and refund me the money asap.
