The item(saree) I wanted to return has been picked by the courier boy ,who is from ecom express..but he didn’t give any return slip..after picking up the product I also didn’t get any update from meesho…so I raised a complaint about it and refund of my money..customer care said they will solve it within 4 days…then I got a mail from meesho that they fund the is not picked up..my question is how could it possible?? And what can I do..if the courier boy didn’t update about my product,,what is my fault..the product is already picked up..if meesho want ,they can track my call from which I received a call from ecom express regarding pickup..
