I would like to bring to your notice that the pickup executive has uploaded a false comment saying that the customer is happy with the product, which is strictly not true, attached is the screenshot and the trailing email. The pickup person doesn’t attempt to call me.
I would like to return the product and get my refund. I have escalated the issue several times to your Myntra team and still there is no action taken on this concern.
It’s been almost 10 days since the product wasn’t picked up and I simply get a message everyday saying we failed to pick up the product. I tried calling the pickup executive many times. The guy didn’t answer my calls and I believe he blocked me. Why is this pathetic service when we pay them the money? Every time I get the same response that your query will be sorted out in 24 hrs.
