I have ordered peps caurosel matress on 2nd October, 2021 and delivery date was 25th October. The product is not yet delivered. I raised complaint over the call, chat & email to flipkart customer care atleast 30 to 35 times, each time customer support says within 3 days they will resolve the issue but not resolved it. I paid 22,460 rs through my credit card for the order on 2nd October & today is 13th November and i haven’t received my product or refund..
The order id is OD223004043286426000. I hereby request to please try to get my refund asap, since the actual delivery date of product was on 25th October. And already exceeded the delivery date by 19 days.
