I Ordered 2 sarees on Facebook Marketplace on Nov5th 2020 which the seller asked me to pay the amount of Rs.1388 including shipping charges so that he could ship the products to me. I waited for more than a week for it to get delivered. But after 5 days, i could not reach the seller on FB messenger nor in the WhatsApp nor in the call. He has blocked me in all the channels (FB, WhatsApp and call). He has not returned the money nor the shipped the product. I am attaching the conversations and the google pay receipt for reference. Please help me to get the money refunded from him
