Text of Complaint by Deb Dutta:

I have ordered the product Vivo T1 5g during the sale on 22nd Sep being a
plus, member on exchange. After confirmation the product was supposed to get
delivered on 23rd September 22, but since then it has arrived at the
Flipkart facility centre- Ballabgarh (Faridabad) in Haryana on 23rd Sep, no
one is bothered to deliver it to my shipping address in Faridabad. Its
actual scheduled delivery date was on 23rd Sep, then it was revised to 24th
Sep, then it was revised to 29th Sep, but still as on today it has not been
delivered.

Now, I want my complete product refund or delivery by today on 30th Sep
along with compensation of Rs 2000/-*, as I am going to purchase this phone
from an offline market which is at a higher price.

Escalated the same with grievances cell of flipkart but no resolution given. All delivery agents number provided are fake & un-traceable
