Ordered electronic item from website (https://detec.in/) on 20th may 2023 by opting debit card EMI. Reply came on WhatsApp (9810082788) as order received. Reminded every three days, everytime they are giving reply “next week we will dispatch your product”. After 15 days they stopped giving reply for my messages. I tried the all numbers given on website (https://detec.in/pages/contact-us) but none of them is working/answering the call.
