I have ordered from The Fashion Station Online on Aug 3rd 2023 for a function in my family. HOWEVER after waiting for so long they have not delivered the product even after multiple attempts. As the function got over and last minute I had to go out and buy the dress I asked them for a refund of my money and they Said they will send a link in few days for the refund,after multiple follow up they send me the link and filled in my details for refund.However, I have not yet received my refund nor iam gettinga proper response from them after multiple follow ups. I have paid significant money to them but still they are not at all responding properly to me.I need my refund ASAP and also I also want to get compensated for the effort, time and the mental pressure I have been through to chase them for my money.
