I have ordered three products i.e vero moda skinny women Blue jeans(1139rs),Vero moda Regular women Blue jeans,Lyra Ankle Length western wear Legging(349rs).Both the three products have Quality issues for which i have requested the return but in these three product i have already return vero moda skinny blue jeans but i dont receive refund from this product and The product vero moda Regular Women Blue jeans in which pickup boy had come at my place and but he has rejected my product by stating that stylecode is not matched and immediately i called to customer care and he give me statement that first we have to cancel this return request then we will regenerate new request against this product but after he is not doing like this, Again i have called to customer care then he sayes that now product is not pickup because it is out of return window and give me so much depression while he said me this.The third product lyra Ankle length leggings is not pickup as he cancelled the request by self.I am suffering bad lot from this.Please help me
I kindly request you team please case a file and help me to get my refund back for all three product and take their product form my place.
