I have ordered my formal shoes in an app called funky tradition of about 1500 rupees , the estimated date of delivery was April 19 2021,as I had ordered this product on April 11 l, my product was to delivered by Delhivery courrier service,but as this particular product wasn’t been shipped on particular date, I myself took initiative to approach the above mentioned courrier centre,as after approaching this centre I just requested them to track my product,as soon as they tracked the order,it showed that the order is returned to the seller, despite product haven’t been delivered to my shipping address. I am not getting what to do about this product.So I would like to request you to somehow resolve my problem.
