I have placed order on 31 May, 2023 for the product MELORRA 24KT Gold Lakshmi Coin-1 g (2 quantity) and the order ID is #123737536772772713701. I have paid Rs 10,949 from my ICICI visa card. While placing the order it is mentioned that product will be shipped on 4 June, 2023 and it will be delivered on 13 June, 2023. From last 2 weeks I am asking myntra support to provide me an update and they are asking me to wait for 24 hrs to 48 hrs.
Even the associate, supervisor and manager says they don’t have an update and when the product will be delivered. Everyone is making me wait for days and weeks but not shipping/delivering the product.
