Hello Sir,
I have bought an Air Cooler Flipkart. It was delivered with speed button broken.
I placed a replacement query after many try with flipkart customer service . Replacement cooler was old and its base was damaged ( pic attached).
Then I raise a return request for this cooler was was supposed to be returned by 3 sept.
Today i am getting a notification that ur return request has been cancelled.
And issue was resolved with troubleshooting without my consent or any communication
