Text of Complaint by Raghavendra Joshi:

I ordered an item (order number ORDER2023088IKUGh) from Wakefit store in JP Nagar Bangalore on 5th August 2023. The product got delivered on 8th August 2023. The product was damaged & I raised the complaint (ticket number 1533481) on the same day with photos & video. After multiple calls & chats, they agreed to replace the product. Initially, they said it will be replaced on 15th August 2023 & then it was postponed to 17th August 2023. They finally promised that it will be delivered on 21st August 2023.

Now they are saying it will be delayed due to some logistics problem. Since the product is non-refundable, they are not agreeing for refund not giving the product.

I want to raise a complaint against their pathetic service & want a refund.
