Dear Sir,
This is regarding my order booked with flipcart Order No,OD427114213823279100, Dated 21 Jan 2023, Order Value about Rs 20000, Scheduled delivery date: 7 feb 2023, Modified dates- 24 feb/17feb/18 feb/18 March 2023 and Now 17 April 2023. since Product not received on scheduled time (7th Feb 2023) and after repeated falls commitment regarding delivery.I requested to cancel my order and refund my amount, as as per my needs i have purchased alternative from local market.
After repeated calls and completes with their customer care center, and lots of mail , not received any solution regarding my completes. my each issue is closed without any solution.
More than 20 calls i made for this issue. below are some incidences which are registered against my issue but not resolved till date.
