I have ordered the JBL speaker with earpods on 16/10/2019 from getsby.In.
Payment done online. But neither their website can be logged in further for updates, nor I received any update in my email address from their side!!! On searching further, I noticed a lot of consumer complaints against this product sold by this company.
I also got call from number 8929870675 to check the address but it is still not received, neither they are picking my call. Raised complaint with getsby customer care with no reply.
Can someone update please.
