Order number: #403-1132900-7071510 of 2 items
One item (pTron Volta 12W Single Port USB Fast Charger) was not received. Yet, app shows that both items in the order has been delivered. I called up the delivery person again (some guy who claimed his name was Dhanraj) who couldn’t give me a working Amazon customer care number. Amazon doesn’t have a customer care number, no a chatbot or something which can address issues. How can they deem to do business in India, when all companies like Swiggy/Flipkart have a working customer care service? So I am forced to lodge the complaint here. I want refund and reparations.
