I ordered a sari from a brand called Dori on 20th October, 2020. Till date, there has been no tracking information about the product. Complained so many ties but each time they give a date that complaint will be resolved by that time. But it has not. It has been about 2 months now. I cannot cancel the order either as it has been packed. Their customer care number does not work. Such a horrid experience with Ajio.
