Ordered 2 products, 1 of them were received and 1 wasn’t. The one received was a drum tuner, and the one that hasn’t been delivered and has gone missing, nobody knows where it is, is a hi- hat stand. The order was prepaid. My mother ordered and she has even been talking to the Amazon directives, customer care etc. For so many days, so many times. They say they will look into the matter, yet they do nothing. I’ve had enough of their bullshit. Amazon sucks!
I need my product so that I can make music before I die. And nobody knows how grave the situation is.
