My order id is OD125752942556385000, was ordered 22 items on 16th August 2022, not yet received single items but I got delivery notification from flipkart, suddenly i was raised tickets to flipkart,the customer care executive promised surely solve the problem by 21 August 22, then they refund only one item,again i was raise ticket that time they refund 4 items that’s it.Again i was raised ticket they promised the problem solved by 29 August but not resolved again raised ticket than promised solved by 31 August like that they extended the day only but not yet resolve my problem…Without my knowledge they updated problem is resolved but not yet received my money …Keep on i am communicating to flipkart customer care they said like we will forward your issue to concern team they ll call…But nobody call us and not yet resolved my problem please do needful already around 15days gone..
