i had booked 2 mobiles from amazon on 16-10-2020 and as per amazon team they had delivered the mobile on 17-10-2020 but i did not received any mobile on that date.

i raised the complain in amazon customer care but as amazon team they are saying same thing that they re-investigate that mobile is successful delivered to you but i did not received..

i asked to give me proof on what bases you are saying that you delivered the product to me but they are not giving me any details and even they are not sharing delivery boy details to me..

i chasing them more 2 months but still i am not get any response ..

please look into this matter and do the needful..
