Text of Complaint by Maheshwar:

I ordered two Monte Carlo Sweatshirt on 5th December 2022 and we’re subjected to arrive on 7th December 2022. I made the payment through Flipkart Pay Later of amount Rs -1395/-. But till now neither I have received the product nor it is getting cancelled. I have called customer care around 70 times to solve the problem but they are giving me date by date. Filpkart has generated the monthly bill statement having the bill of these two sweatshirts too which I have not received. I asked them to remove the cost of these two and rest I will pay but no one is hearing my issue.
Please help me.
In the attached photo it is clear that the item has reached to Flipkart hub on 12th December then there is no reason to stuck the customer money

  1. I am also an unlucky flipkart customer like you. The reason is the same. I have not received the product even after 1 month. No proper response from flipkart. They dont have a proper internal system for complaint redressal or a proper escalation team for all these. They dont have a proper system like AMAZON. Do not trust their words if your product is not delivered yet. Now i am running like a dog behind flipkart for delivery of my order.
