This order was never sent to us although we have made the payment of INR 7999. Flipkart always telling us that amount was sent on 6th Oct but till date, we have not received the amount in the given account. We have talked to Axis Bank and they don’t have any reference for given NEFT ref no shared by flipkark customer care. Please help.
