On 28-July-2021, Placed online order for item (was advertised on Facebook) worth Rs. 499 via PayU. Till now no status/updates on order. Merchant website is not working to check status.
Raised 2 complaints on PayU website but no solution so far.
I am asking for either to deliver the item that I paid else refund.
Looks like Payu is supporting fraud companies without validating

Please note that this is a successful transaction via PayU Id – 13666819675 at our end, the amount for the same has been remitted to the merchant.
For any concern regarding, delivery of the product/Payment receipt/Account Details/Cancellation/Refund, you are requested to contact the merchant directly with Merchant Order Id – 5146001 in order to get the status at their end.
