I have ordered thre necklace from PAYTM. Order id:6331921679 on 20/10/18.
My PAYTM mobile no. is 9911281113.
I have received two packets on 26/10/18.
#First have miss perfect rajwadi bridal white women fancy necklace,which is ok.
#on second parcel ,there is invoice of two necklace, both from apara which i have ordered. When i opened the parcel there is only one necklace, which was also broken.i have filed return request and also told customer care that i haven’t received one product.on same day 26/10/18.
They picked the broken product on next day, but have not refunded my money yet.
I have already complaint about this to PAYTM customer care. Paytm complaint no. are

But i have not received my money back yet. Please resolve the complaint and give my money back.
I want my money back for both product.
