I would like to inform you that I had placed an order with Flipkart i.e. one LG 24″ IPS panel LED Monitor vide Order ID – OD126093436233132000 dated – 25-09-2022 i was assured that i will get the delivery of the product on 03-10-2022 but after that, they had given me the new date of delivery i.e. 06-10-2022 after that i am following up with them on daily basis but i am not receiving any reply from them every time I was told to wait for 24 to 48 hours, kindly please help me out as money is stuck with them and also it is causing the mental harassment to follow up with them on daily basis and after that also I was provided with no resolution.
Kindly treat this matter on an urgent basis.
