I have made a purchase from Bunaai on 9th august 2022. They havent sent any updates on my order. Ive reached out to them via mail chat and phone as well. Theres no response. All they say is their pieces are custom made and it takes time for delivery. Its been a month now. And they dont even cancel my order.
