I have ordered 2 metal handicraft corner pot showpiece from Flipkart on 6th March 2023 which has a price of Rs.2299 per piece.i made online payment for the same.on 16th March 2023 instead of 2 metal corner pot seller provided 1 corner in the box pack.now i am requesting filpkart for refund but seller is rejecting refund request by providing the reason that box pack was delivered intact but the reality is box pack was such small size that it could not be filled up with 3 big metal items.hence i am requesting you to take necessary action against Flipkart for this fraud and provide me compensation along with refund money of the product for harassment to a loyal customer.
