I had ordered Safari suitcase. Since the product was not up to mark in terms of quality, I had placed return request. It has been 20+ days and the product is yet not picked up. I had called multiple times to Amazon customer care, there has been no solution. The team just keeps asking me to wait for 3 days every time.
It has been a waste of time of around 20 minutes every time I call them (near to 7 calls so far) and my money is stuck with Amazon.
