Product not getting returned and no solution is provided from the flipkart customer care

Sir,

I had purchased 1 pair of reebok shoes from flipkart on 22/9/22 and was delivered on 23/9/22.
After the delivery i realized that the product is not a good fit for my foot. So i tried to returned the product as per the company policy but every time when i tried to
return the product it gives me an error. So after repeating this process multiple times but every time i kept on getting the same error and my product was not getting returned.

So finally i called the flipkart team for getting the issue resolved and get my product returned.
Every time when i called the flipkart team they kept on repeating same line that they are unable to see my order details and order history.
So i requested them to give a call back from the senior supervisor and get the issue fixed but my issue was never resolved.

Their senior just called me once and said as he cant see my order details and everything was showing blank in the system, so he will not be able to help and resolve my concern.

Today i again called flipkart customer care and they kept me fooling for 24 minutes. every time i asked the customer care person PRIYANSHU to connect me with the senior supervisor but he kept me fooling around. For this i have call recording as a proof. On call itself i caught him so many times that he was lying but he never helped me in solving the issue.
Sir I am a middle class person and every single penny earned from my hard work is valuable to me. I cant let these big e-commerce companies steal my money like that.
Worst part is that their seniors are never available when we call the customer care department. They always tell us to call back later or they will arrange a call back,.
It is not possible that when they call we have to be available at that time. We have our office and we are not allowed to use cell phones at work.

After all this now i don’t have energy to fight with flipkart anymore, so i am requesting the department to please take action against flipkart and help me in solving the issue.
