Hello Sir/Mam,
I have purchased LG washing machine from amazon dated on 25 Dec 2020.
Still it’s not delivered to me. When I checked I found that machine is reached in warehouse near by me on 28 Dec 21.38 AM4082722 .
I called amazon regarding this 5 times, but they give me same answer every time saying that we raised a complaint and wait for 48 Hrs. it seems they don’t have control on their delivery partners.
Since two days in morning they message me saying that your package is out for delivery but nobody contact me for the same, later on they sent a message saying delivery rescheduled on your request. But I never request for rescheduled.
