Text of Complaint by Maitri Pawaskar:

Order was placed on Amazon on 27th August 2022 with a Guaranteed Delivery date of 30th August 2022 by 9 pm. The order was not delivered till late evening and when contacted the team, they said it is undeliverable and we are placing a replacement request. Replacement request was placed on 30th August 2022 with guaranteed delivery on 2nd September 2022 by 9 pm. On 2nd September 2022 again the product doesn’t get delivered and they say wait for one more day. Product is picked at the same place as the delivery address yet no delivery for one full week. This is extremely pathetic service that too being their Prime Member is of no use. Order ID – 404-2989029-6934715
