I have ordered a product in amazon with order I’d 403-8699604-5974705 and tracking id is 320189647415. Product was shipped from chennai and needs to be delivered on sivagangai by 14 October 2022. But the product went to maharashtra and still not delivered. Kindly tell me why the product went to maharashtra. Also let me know where was the product now. Only 7hrs by road to travel from chennai to sivagangai. Kindly deliver the product by today itself. Also provide some monetary compensation for the same.
