Sir,
I am a customer of your e commerce site. I ordered Five Led TV. But unfortunately Television were not delivered to me , as per tracking (tracking number 4867618555072) also showing this information. Already seller received this package dated on 1 September 2022 . But still my money is in your hand. I already contract to your customer support team, Nothing from there , they killing time day by day. Last day they said claim file has been longed. Just killing time again and again . Kindly refund me immediately . Please Don’t delay further . understand the time value of money.

Return to the seller – Date : 1 September 2022.
Amount – Rs 49950.
Again 10 Oct time 8.31pm message from seller site product is delivered.
After that seller message me 10 Oct time 8.49pm. 2022 a new awb number 19813810000011
Now my question is you said product is delivered, now you said in transit. Why? How is it possible?
After that seller message me 11 Oct 2022 4.21 pm cancel not possible. It means my money is not credited into my account.
Again message me11 Oct 4.32 pm fraud with us etc etc.
Again I requested to you , kindly refund my money immediately.

New tracking number is B2B tracking. But my tracking should be B2C. In this tracking seller name also changed new name is MSCHOUDHARY. And that was business to business tracking. How is it possible?
After that seller message me 11 Oct 2022 4.21 pm cancel not possible. It means my money is not credited into my account.
Again message me11 Oct 4.32 pm fraud with us etc etc.
Seller also send a e mail copy also.e mail date 12 sep. That was not my e mail.
