This is to inform you that I have placed the following order(order id: OD224551501267411000 on 30th march 2022 which was supposed to be delivered on 5th of april…till now i dint received the product.However the status was showing delivered.I have raised 5 complaints till now all of which they have been closed without my consent,spoke with 3 escalation managers about this when asked why they are closing the complaint without providing the resolution,am not getting proper response and for my satisfaction they are opening the complaint again and closing it the next day without any information.I didn’t received my refund nor the product and am literally pissed of with this issue from past few days,I have raised written complaints as well.No response.My refund was stuck.I didn’t expected such a pathetic service from Flipkart,Absoutely it is nonsense.Sucking my blood from past 15 days with no resolution provided.Kindly help me with my refund or try delivering the product.
