I ordered hit mosquito bat in flipkart on sep -18.Delivery is attempted on Sep-20.I gave wrong mobile number but address is correct.On sep-20,I saw it in website regarding delivery but product not delivered to me.They took OTP from wrong number who is far away 350kms from my address.When I called to flipkart customer care, she replied that OTP is shared and product is delivered.I said that I have recording that your team took OTP from somewhere but not delivered to me.She simply answered that flipkart will not responsible,you ask another bat to seller.
After lot of calls with customer care there is no use.I itself find the hub and asked to concern person who delivered to my location, he simply answered that item we took and kept it in office.After 4-5days of followups (direct meetup&calls)they gave defective product on Sep-28.Product is not in working condition and return also not possible
